Why the Rhino?
During a visit to Riviera Maya in 2016 Richard met a very interesting and spiritual man there that told him his spirit animal was the Rhino! During this time he was in the beginning phases of building Richard Dean Realty and after learning what the Rhino represented he had found the perfect mascot for Richard Dean Realty!

The Rhino represents people who have a lot of knowledge to share, a stalwart symbol of self-made success through hard work and perseverance, an achievement seeking powerhouse in their chosen field. Thus being a workaholic is a natural part of who they are.
